Delta 8 clear distillate varies from amber distillate in that it is further distilled to give it a more clarified look. We use distillation to take our amber to clear; never bleaching clays. Since we don’t use bleaching clays our clear distillate will vary slightly in clarity ranging from water clear to a slight tint. Because clear has to be taken to a higher temperature to distille (which can impact other compounds you may want to keep present in the distillate),we recommend amber Delta 8 distillate for most products. Both of our distillates have a similar potency, smell and taste (note this is not true for all vendors amber vs clear).
